Atlantik-Brücke‘s lecture series constitutes an important addition to the conferences, seminars, study groups, and roundtable discussions which take place throughout the year. These series include the annual Arthur Burns Memorial Lecture in Frankfurt am Main, the annual Karl-Heinz-Beckurts Memorial Lecture in Hannover, as well as the “Freiberg Talks” in Saxony. Once a year, together with Villa Aurora, Atlantik-Brücke commemorates the book burning of the National Socialists. Moreover, prominent German and American politicians and public figures are invited to speak at ad hoc events throughout the year. |
