Transatlantic relations require close coordination within Europe.
With its new Europe Initiative, Atlantik-Brücke aims to deepen the transatlantic relationship, strengthen Europe’s capacity to act, and further solidify the partnership with the United States. The goal is to embed Atlantik-Brücke more firmly within a European network. To achieve this as a transatlantic organization, we are launching exchange formats within Europe, organizing delegation trips to European capitals, and inviting European delegations to visit us. A particular focus lies on the Weimar Triangle – the traditional framework for cooperation between Germany, France, and Poland. Delegation trips to Paris and Warsaw foster dialogue with political decision-makers, representatives from business and academia, as well as research institutions. At the GLOBSEC Forum in Prague, we engage in exchanges with our Eastern European neighbors.
