Purpose of the Foundation

The Foundation aims to promote understanding of Germany in the United States of America and in Canada, as well as understanding of the United States and Canada in Germany, thereby contributing to German-American and German-Canadian friendship. The Foundation also promotes academic exchange and the implementation of joint international academic projects.
