Josh Glancy and Rachel Rizzo will discuss how to rebuild Anglo-European relations.

Josh Glancy has been Washington bureau chief for The Sunday Times since 2018, covering both the midterm and presidential elections. Prior to that he was the paper’s New York correspondent and contributed a weekly column to The Sunday Times Magazine. He is also a regular columnist for The Jewish Chronicle and has a weekly program on Times Radio.

Rachel Rizzo is an adjunct fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), working in the Transatlantic Security Program. Her research focuses on European security, NATO, and the transatlantic relationship. Prior to joining CNAS, Ms. Rizzo worked at the Atlantic Council’s Brent Scowcroft Center on Strategy and Security. She began her career as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs. She is a frequent commentator on European security and has provided analysis for The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic and Politico among others.
