These ten remarkable young professionals from the U.S. will embark on their journey in September of 2024, traveling from Washington, D.C., to Brussels, Berlin, and Leipzig.

This year's cohort of the program New Bridge to the U.S. reports on their experiences during their study trip to the USA. After the kick-off in Berlin, the fellows traveled to Washington, D.C., Montgomery, Al, and Atlanta, GA.

Our second New Bridge cohort from Germany will travel this June from Berlin, to Washington, D.C. to Montgomery and Atlanta. We are honoured to introduce our Class of 2024.

The New Bridge Program is a fully funded transatlantic fellowship program for young professionals that aims to reflect the diversity of society and enrich transatlantic relations through different perspectives and realities. It is aimed at people from marginalized communities who are currently underrepresented in transatlantic relations.

New Bridge Alumni Network

After completion of the program, fellows are integrated into an active alumni network that provides numerous opportunities for continued exchange and engagement on transatlantic relations and within the Atlantik-Brücke community. Learn more about the various alumni activities here.
