Three new faces join our team

Atlantik-Brücke is growing with its challenges: Three new colleagues are now supporting our transatlantic work. We would like to introduce the new additions and their areas of responsibility.

Julijana Rinka

Julijana Rinka joined our team in February 2025 as Assistant to the Executive and
Office Manager. With over twenty years of experience in office management, mainly in the Volkswagen Group, she brings extensive expertise to the role. After training as a hotel manager in Frankfurt am Main, she specialized in office management in the hotel and business sectors. Based in Berlin since 1997, she sees supporting the team on transatlantic issues as a fascinating challenge for the present and the future.

Louise Lüdke

Louise Lüdke has been Assistant Program Manager at Atlantik-Brücke since March 2025. With a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, she brings valuable experience from her time at the European Commission in Brussels. Her keen interest in foreign and security policy is reflected in her previous activities: as a working student at the Frankfurt Peace Research Institute and through internships at the German Foreign Office and the Centre for International Peace Operations in Berlin. In these challenging times, she is particularly interested in strengthening transatlantic relations.

Pia Kauer

Pia Kauer has been supporting Atlantik-Brücke’s public relations work as Communications Manager since March 2025. With a master’s degree in political economy, she brings with her initial professional experience from the German Bundestag, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection and the Berlin School of Economics and Law. In view of the current global political uncertainties, she sees the cultivation of German American relations as essential and is very much looking forward to her new role in communications at Atlantik-Brücke.
